    Metal Hooks

    At the start of the season the FA made metal cup hooks illegal.  This was communicated by the FA, Countys & Leagues to the clubs ( I say that but i was told by a league they had not had anything from the FA to pass on to the clubs).

    However it seems that there are still games going ahead despite having "illegal" goals.  The instruction from the FA was quite clear, metal hooks.....no game.

    Its worth checking out the following page on the FA site and reviwing what is expected from us all.
