Kerlons Seal Dribble

Over recent months Ive been listening to the World Football Phone in Podcast from the BBC.  Its a great phone in show where they talk about football from outside of the premiership.  Most weeks the name of Kerlon comes up.   For those of you who may not have heard of him, he is a young Brazilian player that is famous for his seal dribble.

Now being in Brazil with the silky skills you would think that people would love this skill and encourage this bit of samba fun.  However it seems not.   It seems that its seen as disrespectful if you showboat if your winning and cant be met with some heavy tacking.

The player making the “challenge” received a 120 day ban, which was reduced to 4 games on appeal.
